Our products are mystery/surprise items. The specific contents of each scoop are randomly selected by us and are not revealed before purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of our products. Images shown on product pages are examples of possible items and do not guarantee specific contents.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and do not include import duties or destination taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient for international orders (see Section 10). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers: PayPal (PayPal balance, credit cards, debit cards) and Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link).
4. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our policies. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

10. Duties and Import Taxes
Product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
International orders (outside the United States): orders are shipped on a Delivery-at-Place (DAP) basis. The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance or brokerage fees, and related charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority or carrier. These charges are collected upon import or delivery and are separate from the order total paid to Lucky Scoops. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
United States orders: any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. We collect sales tax only where we are legally required to do so.
Lucky Scoops is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or inspections. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient declines to pay the applicable duties or taxes, any return shipping, customs, restocking, or forfeiture costs will be deducted from any refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
